How do I download the Adda 29 app? +

Search for "Adda 29" on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and tap Install. You can also tap "Play In Web" on our homepage to play without downloading anything.

Is Adda 29 legal to play in India? +

Yes. Adda 29 is a skill-based game governed by the Public Gambling Act of India. Real-money play is available in all states except Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Nagaland, and Sikkim, where local laws restrict it.

How do I add money to my account? +

Open the app, go to Wallet → Add Money, and choose your preferred payment method — UPI, PhonePe, or Paytm. Funds are credited instantly after a successful transaction.

How long does a withdrawal take? +

Withdrawals are processed within 24–48 hours on business days. Completion of KYC (PAN + bank details) is required before your first withdrawal.

What KYC documents are needed? +

You'll need a valid PAN card and either Aadhaar or a bank account number with IFSC code. Go to Profile → KYC Verification in the app to submit your documents.

Are the cards shuffled fairly? +

Yes. Adda 29 uses a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) to shuffle and deal cards. The platform is ISO & RNG certified, ensuring every hand is completely random and fair.

How do I delete my account? +

Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account in the app. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed within 7 working days. You can also email us at support@adda29.com for assistance.
