Welcome to Adda 29, a real-money skill-based 29 card game platform. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you (“User”, “Player”) and Adda 29 (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using, accessing, or registering on our Platform (website, app, or any service), you irrevocably accept these Terms.

1. Binding Agreement

By signing up, logging in, or using Adda 29:

  • You agree to abide by all our terms and policies.

  • You confirm that you are not accessing the platform from a restricted location.

Violation of any clause will result in account suspension and possible legal action.

2. User Responsibilities

You, the user, agree that:

  • You play at your own risk.
  • All losses or outcomes of gameplay are your sole responsibility.
  • Adda 29 shall bear no liability for any winnings, losses, or gameplay results.
  • You have read and accepted our Privacy, Fair Play, and Refund Policies.

3. No Legal Liability

  • Adda 29 is a skill-based platform governed by the Public Gambling Act of India.
  • We are not responsible for any mental, financial, or legal issues arising from your use of our platform.
  • Any disputes, misunderstandings, or losses due to personal or third-party actions are entirely your responsibility.

4. Restricted Jurisdictions

You are not permitted to access or play real-money games from the following states due to legal restrictions:

  • Andhra Pradesh
  • Telangana
  • Nagaland
  • Sikkim

We block access in these regions, but it is also your responsibility not to play from there using VPNs or fake locations.

5. Anti-Cheat, KYC & Compliance

  • You must complete KYC (including PAN, Aadhaar, or bank verification) before withdrawing.
  • Accounts involved in fraud, collusion, or identity manipulation will be terminated, and balances forfeited.
  • We cooperate fully with any law enforcement agency investigating misuse or cybercrime.

6. No Refund Policy

All payments, deposits, and gameplay fees are final and non-refundable, unless a technical error is proven and validated by our support team.

7. Platform Access

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion.
  • Refuse service to any user without notice.
  • Modify the platform, pricing, or features without prior notice.

8. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

  • All disputes are subject to Indian Law.
  • Jurisdiction lies exclusively with the courts of Odisha.
  • You waive any rights to class actions or foreign jurisdiction claims.
